Usual lap for 2-ish miles. My head is buzzing. Rode hard and fast.

I rode my bike about 2 miles hard and aggressively a few hours ago. I pushed myself and I definitely was riding harder than usual because my new saddle was hurting, and with my usual, more casual rides, it’s been amazingly comfy, so.

Had a Yoplait Light Peach Yogurt, some water, and am now eating this fabulous combination of blueberries, raspberries, and cherries. :)

Crème brûlée that my chef friend, Seth, made. It’s… interesting. But I have cheap taste.
Went to the lake today and swam a bit, plus hiked some to get to our spot, and a very tiny bit of climbing up this rocky mini-cliff to get to another part of the beach. No bike rides.

I’ve been dealing with depression since my boyfriend left for the Air Force, so I haven’t been exercising and I’ve barely been eating, let alone taking photos of them.
But now I’m back! Rode my bike this morning the usual route (about 1.2 miles) to get me started again and I’ve been eating regularly today.

White chicken with white sauce, noodles, peas, and carrots (Michelina’s Frozen Dinner) (w/ torn chunks pieces of wheat bread); bowl of craisins; glass of water.
I haven’t been keeping track of my food for a bit due to my boyfriend leaving for the United States Air Force. However, I’m back, with a quick summary of what I can remember:
June 5, 2012: [Snack: small bag of Goldfish crackers]; [Lunch: skipped, was asleep]; [Dinner: frozen chicken nuggets, baked in oven (w/ ketchup); cup of yogurt]

Because of an emotional family event, I didn’t take a picture of last night’s dinner, but I had a steak, a twice-baked potato, and another Costco hot dog (with ketchup and mustard), and probably a Mug Root Beer or two.
After another sleepless night, I’m starting my technical day with SunMaid Raisin Bread: Cinnamon Swirls (w/ Knott’s Berry Farm Boysenberry Jam), a glass of water, and a banana.
